Grading
Grading our blogs, I think, is going to be stressful in a way. There are so many entries, different lengths in writing, and much more. Not everyone may really get "into" it right away. Does that reflect off our grade? We may not like a certain topic that we may have to write about so the blog may not be as good as other entries.

ReplyDeleteGood points! Of course all entries are not created alike. Some may inspire you to write hundreds of words; others will feel like torture. Sometimes you guys need to be creative and just fake it!
Over time, I'm going to give you guys fewer entries, and more or less cut you lose. You will then have to rely on yourselves to "prime the pump" and come up with interesting stuff related to personal and professional development.
Much of blog success boils down to your mentors and me knowing that you're doing your best.
