For the senior project, I chose to do American Sign Language. What excites me about the senior project is who else will I be able to teach rather than being taught. I am very eager to see how others sign day by day withought having to speak to anyone. I wonder, is learing American Sign Language considered as knowing a second language? Will I be able to learn to sign fluently in time to pursue as a career? Is it easier than I think?
I would like to learn sign language also. I learned it in elementary school but then I forgot how to do it. I think that is strange how you want to learn about sign language. I would have never guessed you woukd be interested in something like that.
